Wind Project / Site Manager
Wind EnergyNarayani Associate is seeking an experienced Wind Project / Site Manager to lead and manage on-site execution of wind energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, site coordination, team supervision, contractor management, safety, quality, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of wind energy projects at site.
- Plan and coordinate project activities as per approved schedules.
- Lead site teams, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily progress updates.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities within planned schedules.
- Support effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Wind Energy / Renewable Energy projects.
- BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong experience in wind project execution and site management.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.

Candidate Profile

- BE / B.Tech, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of project execution and site management.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Wind Energy / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC projects will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
