Questions clients ask first
Do we interview the engineers ourselves?
Yes. We shortlist and verify credentials; the final technical selection is always yours.
What is the minimum deployment period?
Deputation usually runs monthly with a three-month minimum, though project-duration contracts are common for site roles.
Who handles salary and statutory dues?
We do. The engineers are on our payroll, and PF, ESIC and insurance compliance sit with us.
What if an engineer does not perform?
Raise it with the account manager and we replace the resource within the agreed turnaround, usually two to four weeks depending on the discipline.
